Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This page contains the official information and the model withdrawal form.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Van Lier Group FZCO, c/o Fresh@Work B.V., Jelle Zijlstraweg 128, 1689 ZX Zwaag, the Netherlands, support@breathelio.com, WhatsApp +971 58 501 9168 — of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to Lio Returns, c/o Fresh@Work B.V., Jelle Zijlstraweg 128, 1689 ZX Zwaag, the Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. For Lio this means opened flavour-core bags and devices that have been taken out of their sealed protective packaging. Used products may still be eligible under our voluntary 30-day Lio guarantee.
